The Art Academy is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity. Our desire is to cater to the serious demand for quality art training, and to deliver art of the highest standard to those who wish to experience it.

In order to achieve our aims and extend further into community and outreach activities we are in need of financial support. There are various ways in which people can aid us; through making a donation or leaving a legacy, or by becoming a Principal Sponsor, a Friend of the Academy or a Portrait Patron. 

We also have a range of artists who can produce work on commission - this also helps us, as a percentage of the fee goes to support the work of the Academy

Partnerships between business and arts organisations have never been more popular and successful – and for good reason; there is so much to be gained on both sides. We believe that such relationships should go beyond the ‘traditional’ arts sponsorship model; a thriving partnership with benefits flowing in both directions is of far more value and lasting benefit. We are actively seeking such partners and are able to offer, among other things, our creative expertise (particularly in the area of creative development in the workplace), publicity opportunities, benefits in kind (such as artworks on loan or for purchase at preferential rates) and an association with a young, dynamic arts community.
